heyAtlas connects to a wide range of external systems used in logistics operations and unifies them under a single assistant/automation layer. Integrations fall mainly into these categories:

• Ocean carriers: rate query, booking, container and vessel tracking (e.g. Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, COSCO, Hapag-Lloyd and more).
• Air cargo: tariffs, capacity and shipment tracking.
• Road and express courier: shipment creation and tracking.
• Customs and forwarder platforms: operational and file integrations.
• ERP and logistics software: order, shipment and master-data integration.
• Finance and e-invoicing: invoice/payment operations with banks and e-document systems.

How it works

Each system is offered as defined tools on the platform. To connect, your company enters that system's API credentials into the portal; heyAtlas applies the right authentication method automatically. You can use the tools by writing directly to the assistant or as steps inside automation chains.

If the system you need is not listed

The catalog is expanding continuously. If you cannot find the system you need, sign in and open an automation request under Support → My Tickets; our team will evaluate the integration.
