Personal Data Protection Notice

1. Data Controller

This notice is prepared by heyAtlas (the "Platform") as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the GDPR. Contact: hello@heyatlas.net

2. Personal Data Processed

Through the demo request form and meeting scheduling on our website we process: full name, work email address, phone number (optional), company name and team size (optional), message content (optional), selected meeting date and time, IP address and browser information (for security and abuse prevention).

Data relating to employees of companies using the Platform is governed separately by our agreement with the relevant company.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

Your data is processed to respond to your demo request, schedule a meeting, contact you and present our services — based on your explicit consent and our legitimate interest.

4. Transfers

Your data may be shared with technical sub-processors required to provide the service (hosting, database and email providers). Your data is hosted within the European Union; the sub-processor list is available on request. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing.

5. Retention

Demo request and meeting data is retained for a reasonable period after the request is concluded (at most 2 years) or as required by law, and is then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your Rights

You may request information on whether your data is processed, ask for correction of inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, object to results produced by automated analysis and claim compensation for damages.
